TC TECH’s product lines make it possible to produce high-quality, non-printed optical parts as well as reinforced parts for covers and similar products. With double-sided pattern, almost unlimited thickness possibilities, 100 percent replication and high yield, we offer our customers the most cost-efficient solution. Within a foot-print from one to five sqm., it is possible to produce high-quality 55” LGP as well as smaller multi-cavity LGP. The process handles any thermoplastic material, for example optical grade PMMA, PC, PET, PS as well as reinforced TPU, ABS and PP.

RtS 150

RtS 150, Roll-To-Sheet

Automatic input and output of plastic film to TCP 150. A roll of film substrate, with or without protective film, is placed in the system. Any protective film is automatically dislodged on both sides and the substrate film is deionized and vacuum cleaned. The film of width up to 440 mm is adapted for a 360 mm wide quality area. The cycle time depends on the TCP 150 process time. Roll-To-Sheet can handle a film thickness down to 0.15 mm or less depending on the pattern and material. After the patterning process, the system is adapted to customer-unique authentication systems before protective film is applied to the patterned plastic film. Thereafter, the film is processed in the RTS to the appropriate size before the next stage in production.

TCP 1000 HP

TCP 1000 HP, High Performance

TCP 1000 HP has unlimited pattern possibilities. V-cut, micro-lenses, Fresnell lenses – they are all easy to produce in TCP 1000 HP. And always with 100 percent replication and down to 0.15 mm or less in thickness. Double-sided pattern at the same time as one-sided, both with the same high quality. This is the system with future-secured capability. Whatever pattern you have in mind, the TCP 1000 HP will handle it. In combination with TCP EE Edge Embossing, the LGP will be a high-efficiency product, from all perspectives.

TCP EE

TCP EE Edge Embossing – in the process of development

With TCP EE Edge Embossing, you will be able to emboss any kind of pattern on the edge. V-cut, micro-lenses, Fresnell lenses or just a blank surface – they will all be possible to produce in our TCP EE. And all of them with 100 percent replication, and just a few extra seconds for each LGP. If protection film is used on the surface, it can stay on throughout the process. Or, if you use a TCP 1000 for the next step, the protection film won’t be needed at all.
