Born in 1966. Carsten has a Master of Science in dairy technology from Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University Copenhagen Denmark and an executive program from IESE Business School. He has worked in various international senior management positions in icompanies like Carlsberg, Royal Greenland, Danisco and Arla. His main focus has been in transforming operations and business development. The last couple of years Carsten has been working with operations restructuring as an interim management.
Jan Jäderberg

Born 1965. M.Eng. from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology with more than 20 years of experience from leading positions in R&D. Jan is the inventor behind a wide range of patents, including the patent families of the TC TECH technology. Jan is also an expert in thin film PV products.

Tintin Chien
General Manager Asia
Born 1983. Tintin has a Master in Materials Science and Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan. She has many years of experiences within R&D, product development, and international B2B sales and understand both European and Asian business cultures. She has worked for various tech focused companies such as TSMC, ASUS, Midsummer AB, and Neo Solar Power. After working more than 12 years in Sweden, she moved to Taiwan in oct. 2021 to set up our Asian branch office with focus on customer connections and new market developments.
