TC TECH technology is based on innovations in the application of induction heating.

TC TECH’s IPR protected technology, based on many years of research, generates an instant and uniform heat over a well-defined surface and then, through application of equally uniform pressure, advanced micro and nanostructures can be created in materials such as a polymer.

The method delivers superior results in the form of 100% replication of nanostructures from a stamper pair on both sides of a film that can be as thin as 0.1 mm regardless of area. In addition, the substrate remains free from stress, has no yellowing, birefringence nor warpage.
